HOW IT WOULD WORK

Your plans.
A record of the details.

The proposed service would help you compare documented options and keep follow-up in one place. Each step below shows what you can do today and what opens at launch.

01

Write a useful trip brief.

Record airports or cities, local dates and timezones, passenger count, return needs and flexibility. Add baggage or access requirements that could change aircraft suitability. Nothing is sent to an operator without your agreement.

02

Find permitted options.

A future team would source through actual operator agreements or authorized feeds. Its FAA directory can help organize authority checks, but a row in that directory is not an available aircraft or a supplier partnership.

03

Check the actual aircraft.

Confirm the proposed registration and model, current interior and exterior photos, seating layout, baggage limits and requested amenities with the operating carrier. Every visible cabin feature needs evidence. A general photo of a model cannot show the exact cabin you will receive.

04

Review a clear written proposal.

Before any commitment, a future proposal would identify the operating carrier and broker role, the trip and aircraft, quote expiry, included and estimated costs, and relevant cancellation and refund terms. You should be able to ask about unresolved details before accepting.

05

Confirm arrangements and changes.

After reviewed contracts and acceptance, the operating carrier would retain operational control. A future coordination process must explain support contacts, substitutions, disruption handling and any changes requiring your decision. Before launch we do not confirm flights, take payment or run a staffed travel desk.

06

Keep the evidence current.

Source dates, retrieval times and operator confirmation times serve different purposes. A future offer must expire or be withdrawn when its underlying availability changes. Refreshing a weekly directory is not proof that an aircraft can fly your trip now.

WHY USE THIS SERVICE?

A process worth
proving.

The aim is to carry a clear trip brief through documented sourcing, aircraft review and written proposals, with a person responsible for follow-up. That may be useful when you want help comparing options.

A concierge or direct operator may already do this well. PrivateJetPlug has not established exclusive aircraft access, lower prices or faster response. A pilot must measure whether the service saves customers effort and handles requests reliably.

PrivateJetPlug is a separate proposed commercial venture. This site makes no comparison with PCNY's commercial capabilities and claims no charity partnership or endorsement.
